Architects Brininstool + Lynch have chosen materials and details for a spare, yet dramatic effect. But function is always present, as in the firm’s use of energy-efficient thermal insulating glass and in the building’s green roof. Dramatic private terraces and balconies surround the structure with translucent glass railings. Most residences offer access to either a balcony or a terrace, while a few offer both.
